Kicking Combinations

White Belt Kicking Combination

Ready stance: Right L stance, middle forearm guarding block.

  1. Right front snap kick middle section, followed by left, right and then left again.
  2. Backward direction: right middle section side piercing kick directly to the right, stepping back to right L stance then left side piercing kick directly to the left, stepping back to left L stance, then right side piercing kick directly to the left.
  3. Then in a backward direction kick left front snap kick to the front and place behind into left L stance, repeat off the lead with the right and then the left, the right again.
  4. Travelling forwards off of the left leg side piercing kick to the front, land down in front then repeat with the right and then the left, the right again, land down in the right L stance forearm guarding.

Yellow Belt Kicking Combination

Ready stance: Right L stance, middle forearm guarding block.

  1. Double high section fore fist punch, right high turning kick, 45 degrees forwards followed by left then right then left. Perform 1 as combination. Punch off leading leg first in 1,2 combination.
  2. Backwards right back kick middle section, followed by left, then right, then left again. Perform as a continuous combination.
  3. Forwards twin foot take off, flying right front snap kick, followed by left, then right, then left again. Perform as a continuous combination. 

Green Belt Kicking Combination

Ready stance: Rear foot stance, middle section forearm guarding block.

  1. Forward high section right reverse hooking kick, step down and follow with high section left reverse hooking kick. Perform last 2 kicks in fast motion continuous combination, followed by right leg turning kick.
  2. Backwards off leading leg high section outer crescent kick stepping down momentarily followed by low section front snap kick off leading leg, stepping back into right L stance. Perform 2 kicks as a fast motion continuous combination. Repeat sequence left leg lead stepping back to left L stance. Repeat sequence right leg lead stepping back to right L stance.
  3. Front snap kick low section left leg, step down and perform shuffle middle section side kick backwards, followed by one step flying side with right leg to the front. Perform the kicks as a continuous combination.
  4. Front snap kick low section right leg, step down and perform shuffle middle section side kick backwards, followed by one step flying side with left leg to the front. Perform the kicks as a continuous combination. Finish in rear foot stance forearm guarding. 

Blue Belt Kicking Combination

Ready stance: Right L stance, middle section forearm guarding block.

  1. Continuous combination keeping the leg up: Low section front twisting kick, turning kick high section, middle section side kick directly in front, and high section hooking kick directly in front, lower leg. Perform entirely with right leg. Repeat combination direction forwards with left leg and repeat combination again forwards with right leg and repeat combination again forwards with left leg pause.
  2. Direction backwards high section turning kick, keep leg up high section hook kick with right (leading leg). Perform as a fast continuous combination, step right leg back behind and repeat combination off of left leg. Step left leg back behind and repeat combination on right leg, step right leg back behind and repeat combination off of left leg.
  3. Continuous combination right leg: middle section right front snap kick directly in front, hooking kick directly to middle section right side, keep the foot up, turn to face the back (180 degrees from start direction), perform right bend and ready followed with middle section back piercing kick, keep leg up turn to face front middle section front snap kick directly in front. Step foot down in front and repeat combination off of left leg forwards. Repeat again off of right leg forwards. Repeat again off of left leg forwards, pause.
  4. Backwards twin foot take off, jumping turning kick off of left (rear) leg, land on both legs, left foot forward and repeat backwards with right leg and again with left leg, and again with right leg.
  5. Turn 180 degrees clockwise pivoting on right foot and raise left knee up high in a jumping motion, change in mid-air, and kick directly in front. Pivot on left foot 180 degrees anti clockwise and repeat combination with right knee and left leg. Land in L stance, middle section forearm guarding block.
